YOU WILL NEED:

a copy of your child’s birth certificate which will be handed in to your coach (in-house excluded 3-5 year olds)

Participations checks will be handed in to your coach as well before your season can start.

The parent participation check is $100.00, please place it in a self-addressed Stamped envelope when handing in your check -- complete the four hours of volunteer time (per family) per season (Fall/Spring) and your check will be returned to you. For full year players, fall checks will be rolled over to the spring season unless other arrangements are made. (ATTENTION ALL PARTICIPATION CHECKS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED AND ARE NOT A REQUIREMENT)
